Coronavirus (COVID-19) TDEP group education sessions have been cancelled until further notice. 
 
Please see here for the new pathway for education and lifestyle support for people newly diagnsoed with Type 2 diabetes.
 
Click here for an information sheet which can be provided to any person newly diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes during this time.
 
To Access the System
Users require to log in, in order to comply with information governance legislation.  To gain access to the system you need to complete and return the access form available below.
 
To Cancel Bookings
Patients who are unable to attend sessions are instructed in the letter to contact their Practice so that an alternative appointment can be booked 'online'.
 
To cancel a booking contact sandra.scott2@nhs.scot or 01382 835187 ext 71405. You will need to provide:
·         Date of session
·         Patient’s CHI or name and date of birth.
