Summary:
The aim of this two year project is to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of diabetes care in two Health Board regions (Tayside and Forth Valley) using the benchmark standards stated in the SIGN minimum dataset of the care of diabetic patients in Scotland. We aim to produce confidential clinical effectiveness information at a patient specific, practice specific and regional level.
