There are a range of local Diabetes and Long Term Condition support groups held throughout Tayside.
These groups offer people living with diabetes and other long term conditions a chance to meet and share experiences with others. They are all run by volunteers and typically meet on a monthly basis often with a speaker on a topic like diet, exercise or research.
You do not have to be a member of Diabetes UK to attend any of the DUK Support groups. However if you are interested in becoming a member, further information can be found on their website www.diabetes.org.uk or by calling 0845 123 2399 Office hours
