Active for Life is a scheme in Dundee which links doctors’ surgeries and its local leisure centre. It is a programme of physical activities for people of all ages to enjoy the benefits of becoming active and help people live a healthy life. To take advantage of this scheme you need to contact your GP or nurse who will discuss the scheme with you to see if it would be of benefit.
Dundee Health Walks Cards. Cards feature walks from all across Dundee and have maps and written directions, along with some points of interest to look out for along the way.
